We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers skilled in C#/.NET, Java, or Ruby on Rails to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering production-grade web applications for clients based in the United States. This fully remote role involves direct client interaction, including participation in technical interviews, project discussions, and solution design meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build scalable backend services, REST and GraphQL APIs, alongside modern frontend applications.
- Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and optimize performance.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams and adapt to the needs of various client projects.
- Clearly communicate technical solutions, project status, and architectural decisions to US-based clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Cyber Security, Computer Applications, or a related technical field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Strong expertise in one or more backend technologies: C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core), Java (Spring Boot), or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Blazor, or Hotwire.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Proficiency with databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git), containerization tools (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture, authentication protocols (OAuth2/JWT), testing methodologies, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage US clients during live meetings and technical interviews. Must be able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Familiarity with messaging and event-driven technologies such as SignalR, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Sidekiq.
- Experience with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework Core or Hibernate/JPA.
- Previous client-facing, consulting, or staffing experience is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly compensation of 2,200 USDC plus up to a 10% performance bonus.
