ProperlyPR is looking to hire three full-time remote Appointment Setters / Cold Callers based in Karachi. The role primarily involves making a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, confirming attendance, and accurately recording call outcomes in the company’s CRM system. Candidates must be comfortable working during Pakistan night shifts that overlap with U.S. business hours. This position requires clear spoken English and the ability to follow call scripts while maintaining professionalism. Reliable internet connectivity and a good quality headset are essential for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments and confirm attendance for sales or consultation meetings.
- Accurately document call results and client information in the CRM system.
- Follow call scripts and adapt communication style to engage prospects effectively.
- Maintain consistent availability during assigned night shift hours aligned with U.S. business times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role involving cold calling.
- Clear and fluent spoken English to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Comfortable using CRM software and adhering to call scripts.
- Reliable internet connection and quality headset to support remote work.
- Ability to work night shifts that coincide with U.S. business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, candidates with equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive salary range between 60,000 and 240,000 PKR, commensurate with experience and performance.
