Key Responsibilities
Design and produce layouts and visual content across various platforms, including digital and print formats such as social media posts, posters, reports, reels, and short-form videos (both animated and video-based). Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different business streams, ensuring timely delivery without the need for constant supervision. Interpret creative briefs to develop original visuals rather than relying on templates or recycled ideas. Collaborate effectively with remote team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines independently.

Required Qualifications
A portfolio that reflects fresh, original thinking and shows progression beyond mimicking existing aesthetics toward developing a unique creative voice. Proficiency in design software including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is essential. Familiarity with additional tools such as Figma, CapCut, or Blender is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong ability to accept and incorporate feedback with an open mind and without ego. Basic skills in motion graphics or video editing are highly desirable.
