FullStack Developer - React + Node JS Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in React and Node.js, with a strong grasp of modern web development practices. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, build APIs and middleware services, and leverage AI-powered development tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot to boost engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React and CSS.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and middleware with Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Manage source code using Git, adhering to branching and version control strategies.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to enhance code quality and development efficiency.
- Contribute to technical documentation and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

*Front-End Skills*
- Strong experience with React.js.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience in responsive and cross-browser web development.

*Back-End Skills*
- Solid experience with Node.js.
- Proven ability to build RESTful APIs and middleware services.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security best practices.

*DevOps & Tools*
- Proficiency with Git and Git-based workflows.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software deployment processes.

*AI-Assisted Development*
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for code generation, troubleshooting, optimization, and documentation.
