We are currently hiring Female Dispatchers and Customer Service Representatives for our Canadian call center
Opportunities for advancement within the company exist.
Key responsibilities of a Dispatcher:
- Attend to inquiries from taxi drivers
- Manage, allocate and prioritise taxi bookings to ensure all jobs are dispatched in a timely manner
- Assist drivers that are in a safety situation
- Keep accurate records of all driver or customer safety incidents
- Monitor call queues and assist in answering incoming calls
- Obtain and confirm the necessary information from the customer regarding their booking, record all data accurately and dispatch the job to the fleet
- Provide customers with fare estimates

- Substantial customer service experience
- Professional telephone manner
- Highly developed decision making and problem-solving skills
- Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Intermediate computer skills and touch typing skills

- Work quickly and accurately with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a tea
