Job Description:
- Provide guidance and assist local and overseas pilgrims in purchasing Umrah packages under the best terms and rates.
- Perform comparative market analysis.
- Prepare necessary paperwork.
- Remain knowledgeable about the Umrah market and policies.
- Establish/develop and maintain a client database including regular contact and follow-up with all clients.
- Responsible for issuing booking reservations and receipt of payments.
- Answer clients' questions regarding policies and latest updates
- Arrange online meetings for B2B & B2C clients for onboarding & portal training
- Manage Response time to the leads assigned
- Lead Sourcing through personal channels & existing clients
- The flexibility of working extra hours.
- Follow company processes and guidelines.
