Functional Consultant

This is a full-time, non-managerial Functional Consultant position based in Karachi, Pakistan. The role requires working on-site during morning shifts and may involve travel to client locations for meetings and go-live support. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience along with a background in accounting. The position focuses on supporting ERP implementations, providing customer training and support, generating reports, planning go-live activities, and managing the day-to-day operations of ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
- Provide ongoing customer support and training to end-users, enhancing their understanding and effective use of the ERP system.
- Prepare and deliver reports related to system performance, user activity, and project progress.
- Plan and coordinate go-live activities, including system testing, data migration, and user acceptance.
