Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Lead configuration and customization efforts within the Employee Central module, ensuring alignment with best practices and client expectations.
- Provide expert guidance on data migration, integration, and system upgrades related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Employee Central functionality, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to guarantee solution quality.
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes to maintain clear and comprehensive project records.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and industry trends to continuously enhance solution delivery.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Proven expertise in configuring Employee Central components, including organizational management, employee data, and workflows.
- Experience with data migration tools and integration techniques relevant to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail in delivering high-quality solutions.
