Functional Consultant (Supply Chain)

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with a strong background in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in business analysis within manufacturing or related industries, with a focus on ERP systems and supply chain processes. This role requires a hands-on approach to understanding and optimizing end-to-end FMCG manufacturing operations, including procurement, planning, production, inventory management, warehousing, sales, and distribution. The consultant will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Lead and manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee and prioritize business requirements, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and demonstrating solutions to end-users.
- Support Go-Live activities and manage change requests effectively to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand APIs, cross-application integrations, and system dependencies critical to the ERP landscape.
- Provide expertise in ERP processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), ensuring best practices are followed.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, preferably within FMCG manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle, with practical experience in their implementation or support.
- In-depth understanding of FMCG manufacturing supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, sales, and distribution.
- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations to support seamless data flow and process automation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working onsite is required, with the position based in Lahore.
- Competitive monthly salary range from Rs150,000 to Rs250,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
