Fundraising Officer

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Fundraising Officer to join our Fundraising team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing the organization’s fundraising efforts by building and nurturing strong relationships with individual donors and entities. This role involves securing sponsorships and engaging donors to support our mission of creating meaningful social impact. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social work and community development, and committed to contributing to a society based on compassion and equity.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with individual donors.
- Assist in donor meetings, follow-ups, and outreach activities to enhance engagement.
- Support various fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives to meet organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records and databases to ensure effective communication.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations related to fundraising activities for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with donors and team members.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in social work and community development is highly desirable.
