• To solve user problems by following standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Attend to customer support ticket and live chat
  • Respond to user support ticket.
  • Conduct troubleshooting using questionnaires to find out the level of support needed
  • Create tickets for Level 2 support
  • Provide product information - Answering pre-sales technical questions Solve common problems such as username and passwords issues, menu navigation, verification of hardware and software, installation issues, and setup.
  • To solve user problems by following standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Monitoring network, server performance, and uptime
  • Other job-related duties as assigned
