Furniture Showroom & Social Media Executive

FurniCo is seeking a dedicated Furniture Showroom & Social Media Executive to oversee the showroom operations and manage the company's social media platforms. This role involves maintaining an attractive and organized showroom environment, capturing high-quality images and videos of furniture products, and engaging with customers through popular social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily content posting, monitoring customer inquiries, updating product catalogs, and supporting marketing campaigns and promotions. The role requires managing a small team of one person, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient execution of showroom and social media activities. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong photography and video editing skills, familiarity with social media advertising tools, and possess excellent communication and customer service abilities. A minimum of two years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred qualifications for this position.
Responsibilities

Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Create high-quality photos and videos showcasing furniture products to enhance visual marketing efforts.
Manage and update social media accounts on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
Develop and post daily content, stories, and reels to engage the target audience and increase brand visibility.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and messages across social media and showroom channels.
Update product catalogs and stock information to ensure accurate and timely data availability for customers and sales staff.
Support social media advertising campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
Coordinate with the small team member to ensure all showroom and social media tasks are completed efficiently.
Utilize tools such as Canva and Adobe Premiere for content creation and video editing to maintain high standards of quality.
Maintain basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, for administrative tasks and reporting.
Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and showroom requirements.
