Visa Consultant

Furqan Migration Advisor seeks a dedicated Visa Consultant to provide expert guidance to clients on Visit Visa, Study Visa, and Work Visa options. The consultant plays a vital role in managing client communications, verifying documents, and ensuring smooth processing of visa applications. This position supports our client's journey by offering clear advice and maintaining professional, ongoing relationships throughout the application process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of visa consultancy and documentation, and proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office. While previous visa consultancy experience is advantageous, fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. The role does not involve managing a team but requires effective coordination with internal departments to facilitate case processing efficiently.
Responsibilities

Interact professionally with clients to gather and understand their visa requirements related to visit, study, and work visas.
Advise clients on suitable visa options based on their individual needs and eligibility criteria.
Prepare, review, and verify visa application files ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding application procedures, required documents, status updates, and any additional information needed.
Follow up regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns, maintaining proper records of all interactions and documentation.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and departments to ensure the smooth and timely processing of visa cases.
Uphold professional standards in communication and client interactions to foster trust and maintain positive relationships.
Stay updated on changing visa regulations, documentation requirements, and industry best practices to provide accurate consultancy.
Support training initiatives and participate in continual learning to enhance consultancy skills and knowledge.
