The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and performance management. This role involves overseeing inventory costing, valuation, stock controls, and ensuring the accuracy of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). The CFO will manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization while ensuring full compliance with corporate tax, sales tax, and statutory requirements.
Additionally, the CFO will oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls, manage banking relationships, financing, and treasury operations, and implement and optimize ERP and financial systems. A key responsibility of this role is to lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.
