We are seeking highly motivated recent graduates to join our Future Talent Maintenance Engineer program starting September 2026. This trainee program offers a permanent position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with an 18-month individually tailored development plan. Participants will engage in various projects, trainings, and job rotations across different parts of the organization, gaining broad exposure and the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure overall equipment reliability through effective planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defining corrective actions.
- Drive innovation aimed at improving energy efficiency and enhancing machine ergonomics for operator safety.
- Actively participate and lead local and regional projects as a member of the Equipment Management (EM) pillar, including managing investment budgets.
- Lead and contribute to local and regional improvement teams such as Kaizen, PMO, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) as part of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) pillar.
- Collaborate on factory investment proposals aligned with regional and central plans.
- Develop and enhance the technical knowledge and capabilities of employees within the organization.
- Manage technical purchases by providing professional input as a user representative.
- Coordinate the development of technical skills in collaboration with process and technical network representatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, graduating in 2025 or 2026.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and project management is advantageous.
- Ability to handle responsibility and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make firm decisions.
- High cooperation skills and a strong customer focus, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated commitment, creativity, and assertiveness.
