Core Responsibilities & Duties
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle
Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Possess strong leadership skills to be able to lead a team of engineers in a highly collaborative way.
Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
Taking calculated risks and embrace fast-paced iterative software developments.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new products.
Make informed decisions quickly and taking ownership of services and applications at scale.
Remain cool and effective in a crisis.
Passionate about great technologies, especially open source.
Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies.
