About Position:
This is one of the most crucial positions in the team & it requires a passion for Data-Driven Marketing. As a CRM Lead at Savyour, your normal day will be all about Analyzing Data & Improving Conversions across all the User Journeys. You will ensure the improvement in User Activation, Retention & LTV by owning all the CRM activities.
Key Responsibility:
- Collaborate with Growth & Marketing team to execute Marketing Campaigns & Growth Initiatives
- Ensure on-time execution of marketing communications across all CRM channels
- Analyze all the User Journeys & Cohorts, find out Insights & take Actions on improving Conversions
- Plan, Propose & Execute Data-Driven CRM initiatives to increase Activation & Retention rate
- Advance your knowledge & skills by keeping up with the latest global trends & propose new ideas to improve overall CRM marketing
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of proven work experience in CRM marketing
- Solid background in planning & executing customer retention strategies
- Strong technical expertise in CRM & Analytics tools
- Sound knowledge of multi-channel user journeys
- Experience of working for a mobile application would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills & flexibility for cross-functional collaborations
