About GainzAlgo
GainzAlgo is a rapidly growing financial technology company that develops advanced TradingView indicators and trading tools for traders across international markets.
Our products are designed to help traders identify potential market opportunities, understand market conditions and make more informed trading decisions through clear, practical and easy-to-use tools.
We serve a global customer base and are continuously expanding our products, website, marketing systems and customer experience. We are now looking for an exceptional Email Marketing and Automation Manager who can take complete ownership of our email marketing operations.
This is not a basic newsletter management position. We are looking for a highly experienced lifecycle marketing specialist who understands email strategy, customer journeys, marketing automation, segmentation, deliverability, copywriting, analytics and conversion optimization.
About the Role
As our Senior Email Marketing & Automation Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing GainzAlgo’s complete email marketing ecosystem.
You will create automated customer journeys for leads, potential customers, existing customers and inactive users. You will work closely with our management, development, design, SEO and marketing teams to ensure the right message is delivered to the right customer at the right time.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing email marketing strategies, building advanced automations, writing or directing high-converting email copy, analyzing performance and continuously improving results.
We are looking for someone who does not simply wait for instructions. You should be able to study our products and customer journey, identify opportunities, recommend improvements and take ownership of execution.

Email Copywriting
- Write or direct high-quality email copy in fluent, professional English.
- Create compelling subject lines, preview text, calls to action and email content.
- Write promotional, educational, product-focused, story-based, objection-handling and plain-text emails.
- Clearly explain GainzAlgo’s products without using misleading or unrealistic financial claims.
- Maintain a credible, trustworthy and professional brand voice.
- Convert complex trading concepts into clear and understandable messaging.
- Test different messaging angles to identify what resonates with our audience.
Analytics and Conversion Optimization
- Track email-attributed conversions, campaign performance and automation performance.
- Monitor click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue per recipient, unsubscribe rates, bounce rates, complaint rates and customer engagement.
- Analyze performance by campaign, automation, product, audience and traffic source.
- Create clear weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Identify weak-performing emails and automations and develop improvement plans.
- Conduct structured A/B tests on subject lines, offers, email formats, content, timing, delays and calls to action.

Technical and Platform Management
- Manage an advanced email marketing platform such as Klaviyo, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or a similar platform.
- Work with developers to implement website and customer-event tracking.
- Define and test events such as product viewed, checkout started, purchase completed, product purchased, coupon used, refund issued, customer activated and review submitted.
- Understand APIs, webhooks, custom properties and marketing-platform integrations at a practical level.
- Verify that customer data is being passed correctly between the website, checkout, analytics and email platform.
- Use UTM parameters, GA4 and other analytics systems to support campaign measurement.
- Build reliable workflows with proper fallback conditions and error handling.
Collaboration and Documentation
- Work closely with management, developers, designers, SEO specialists and other marketing team members.
- Prepare clear requirements for developers when new tracking events or integrations are required.
- Brief designers on email graphics, layouts and visual requirements.
- Maintain complete documentation of campaigns, segments, automations, triggers and testing results.
- Keep the email marketing system organized so that other authorized team members can understand its structure.
- Provide recommendations proactively instead of waiting for every task to be assigned.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional email marketing or lifecycle marketing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building advanced email automations.
- Proven experience managing email marketing for an ecommerce, SaaS, fintech, digital product, membership or online education business.
- Experience managing the complete email lifecycle rather than only creating individual campaigns.
- Strong practical experience with Klaviyo, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or a comparable platform.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation logic and behavioral targeting.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong email copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and sender reputation.
- Practical knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming and inbox placement.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization.

- Ability to interpret email, website and customer-behavior data.
- Experience coordinating with developers and designers.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and automations without missing deadlines.
Preferred Experience
The following will be considered a strong advantage:
- Knowledge of trading, technical analysis or financial markets.
