· Maintaining Petty Cash Statements, Daily Expense Book etc.
· Making Production Report, quality Reports, Stock Report and Inpass and Out pass Report, Dispatch Report on daily Basis
· Seeks confirmation from Banks on the behalf of the company to assure timely transactions and prepare and maintain Daily Cash Positions.
· Must have sound knowledge and Command on Peach Tree accounting software.
· Must be expert in using MS Office. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Prepare Income Statement, Balance sheet, Accounts receivables
· Review monthly Financial Assessment of company's performance
