Game Developer (C# / Unity)

Logicway is seeking a skilled Senior Unity Developer to join their team at the Aitchison Society location near Ibex, Thokar Niazbaig, Raiwind Road, Lahore. This is an on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 70,000, depending on experience. The work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST), six days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile game development using Unity and C#, with a passion for creating engaging and high-quality games for Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile games using Unity and C#.
- Implement gameplay features, user interfaces, animations, and overall game systems.
- Optimize game performance to ensure smooth operation on both Android and iOS devices.
- Collaborate effectively with Game Designers, Artists, QA, and Product teams to deliver cohesive game experiences.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs while continuously enhancing game quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute innovative technical solutions to improve development processes.

Required Qualifications
- Senior-level experience with at least 2 years of hands-on game development using Unity and C#.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# programming and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Solid experience in mobile game development targeting Android and iOS platforms.
- Good understanding of game architecture, performance profiling, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and capable of managing full project ownership from inception to completion.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.

Interview Process
