Game Producer (AI Games)

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for owning the execution and delivery of multiple game projects, ensuring fast progress without compromising quality. This includes driving end-to-end execution across both development and LiveOps phases. You will ensure that games are delivered on time, production-ready, and scalable. Managing cross-functional teams comprising product, design, engineering, art, and QA will be a critical part of your role. You will quickly remove blockers, keep teams aligned and focused, and establish a fast, reliable release cadence. Coordinating LiveOps planning and execution will also be essential, balancing speed and quality to enable rapid iteration without breakdowns.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience as a Producer on mobile games, preferably in casual or hybrid casual genres. Strong experience working in LiveOps environments with frequent releases is essential. Proven ability to manage fast-paced, cross-functional teams is required. You should be highly organized but not overly process-driven, able to move quickly, make decisions independently, and keep teams moving forward. Comfort with operating in environments where information is incomplete is important. A strong sense of ownership and a focus on outcomes rather than rigid processes are key traits for success in this role.
