Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution across multiple game initiatives, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Manage the entire development lifecycle and LiveOps operations to maintain production-ready, scalable games.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, artists, and QA specialists.
- Quickly identify and remove blockers to keep teams aligned and focused on objectives.
- Establish and maintain a reliable and fast release cadence to support frequent updates.
- Oversee LiveOps planning and execution to maximize player engagement and revenue.
- Balance speed and quality by enabling rapid iteration while preventing workflow breakdowns.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Producer in mobile gaming, particularly within casual or hybrid casual genres.
- Strong background in LiveOps environments with frequent release cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced, cross-functional teams effectively.
- Highly organized with a flexible approach, avoiding excessive process overhead.
- Ability to make quick decisions and maintain momentum in dynamic environments.
- Comfortable working with incomplete information and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, proactively driving projects forward.
- Focused on delivering outcomes rather than strictly following processes.
