Data Games, a dynamic gaming studio specializing in shooting, sports, and adventure genres, is seeking a full-time, on-site Game Quality Assurance (QA) Tester based in Lahore. The studio is dedicated to creating immersive and engaging worlds that challenge players’ skills while fostering social connections through shared gaming experiences. As part of a culture that values continuous excitement and innovation, the QA Tester will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and stability of games across various platforms before their release.

Key Responsibilities
- Play and thoroughly test games across multiple platforms and genres to identify bugs, performance issues, and usability problems.
- Document defects clearly and accurately, reproduce issues consistently, and provide detailed feedback to developers and designers.
- Create and follow comprehensive test plans and execute test cases to verify fixes and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and production teams to enhance the overall player experience and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure game stability and functionality by performing functional, compatibility, performance, and regression testing.
- Utilize bug tracking tools effectively to manage the defect lifecycle and support QA processes.
- Capture logs, screenshots, and other relevant data to assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in reporting issues.
- Experience in game testing, including functional, compatibility, performance, and regression testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and QA workflows such as test case creation and defect lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of gaming platforms, genres, and mechanics, combined with a genuine passion for video games.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing clear and concise documentation of findings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and respond constructively to feedback.
- Basic technical literacy, including proficiency with PC and console hardware, installing game builds, and capturing logs or screenshots.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Relevant educational background in computer science, game development, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in QA or the gaming industry is considered an advantage.
