Games UI/UX Designer

Content Arcade is seeking a skilled Games UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall player experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing game menus, HUDs, interactive wireframes, and polished game icons, while ensuring seamless integration within the Unity Engine. This role demands a creative professional who can collaborate closely with product leads, artists, and developers to define the visual identity and feel of the games.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive UI mockups, game menus, HUDs, interactive wireframes, and post-production quality game icons tailored for mobile and PC games.
- Implement UI elements directly within Unity Engine using Canvas, uGUI, and UI Toolkit to ensure smooth functionality.
- Develop smooth UI animations, motion graphics, and dynamic visual effects leveraging Unity Particle Systems to enhance user engagement.
- Capture high-quality, eye-catching in-game screenshots and produce compelling gameplay and promotional videos for store listings and video advertisements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product leads, artists, and developers to shape the overall game look and feel.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design specifically for mobile and PC games.
- Expert proficiency in design and editing tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro or other video editing software.
- Hands-on experience with Unity Engine, particularly in UI setup, UI animation, and Particle Systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX workflows, Unity implementations, high-quality icons, promotional screenshots, and edited game videos.
- Deep understanding of player ergonomics, layout hierarchy, color theory, and the overall game feel to create immersive user experiences.
