Role

We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and engage potential B2B clients. You'll research target markets, build prospect lists, conduct outreach via email, calls, and social media, maintain CRM records, and work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

Requirements

Experience in lead generation or B2B sales.
Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and meet targets.
Experience in apparel manufacturing is a plus.
Experience of working in corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads aligned with Gata Sports’ target market and business objectives.
Qualify leads by assessing their fit, interest level, and readiness to engage through calls, emails, and online interactions.
Manage and track lead information by maintaining accurate data using customer relationship management software.
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote engagement with the brand.
Leverage data enrichment tools to augment lead information and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign and lead generation data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads and support seamless lead handoffs.
Manage multiple lead generation initiatives simultaneously while meeting or exceeding company lead generation targets.
Utilize email automation tools to streamline communication efforts and increase outreach efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in apparel manufacturing, to better target relevant prospects and tailor outreach.
Maintain organized records and document communications with prospects to ensure clear and effective pipeline management.
Support business development efforts by continuously improving lead generation processes and adopting best practices.
