This role focuses on managing traffic flow, security measures, and logistical coordination to ensure seamless operations within the facility. The individual will be responsible for overseeing vehicle and pedestrian movement, verifying identification, assisting visitors, and maintaining detailed records. The position demands experience in security or logistics, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to perform efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and direct the movement of incoming and outgoing vehicles, pedestrians, and deliveries to maintain smooth traffic flow and reduce congestion.
- Verify identification and authorization for visitors, staff, and vendors, while keeping accurate logs of all entries and exits.
- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient cargo handling.
- Welcome and assist visitors by providing clear directions and information, ensuring adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Maintain current and precise records of vehicle movements, visitor logs, and deliveries to support operational transparency and security compliance.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in security, logistics, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with security software and systems.
- Foundational knowledge of logistics operations.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. This is an on-site role requiring the candidate to be physically present at the designated facility.
