Key Responsibilities

Traffic Management: Monitor and direct incoming and outgoing vehicles, pedestrians, and deliveries to ensure efficient traffic flow and minimize congestion on site.

Security Protocol: Verify identification and authorization of visitors, staff, and vendors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all entries and exits to support security measures.

Logistical Coordination: Facilitate the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods by coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient cargo movement and timely processing.

Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors by providing directions and relevant information. Ensure all visitors comply with company policies and regulations.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of vehicle movements, visitor logs, and deliveries to support operational transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in security, logistics, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with security software and systems.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
- Experience in customer service, demonstrating a professional and helpful attitude.
