Gate Officer - Lahore

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to manage gate operations at our warehouse facility in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound movements, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and maintaining accurate records within the ERP system. This role requires close coordination with warehouse, logistics, and other relevant teams to facilitate smooth and secure gate activities. The position demands a high level of discipline, accuracy, and the ability to handle high-volume traffic efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and enforce all Gate Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inbound and outbound movements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and verification of vehicles, goods, and personnel entering or exiting the warehouse premises.
- Maintain real-time recordkeeping in the ERP system according to company protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with Warehouse, Logistics, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless gate operations.
- Monitor and uphold compliance with safety and security guidelines at all times.
- Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or violations immediately to the Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
- Keep organized logs, gate passes, and all relevant documentation ready for audits and reviews.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is required; relevant diplomas will also be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse gate control, security operations, dispatch, or related roles. Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Gate SOPs, documentation workflows, and ERP-based operational systems.
- Excellent observation skills, along with strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume traffic with accuracy and discipline.

- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, particularly within the FMCG sector, will be advantageous.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.
- This is an in-person role based in Lahore, requiring immediate availability to join.
