Master’s Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in dealing with group of recognized affiliated colleges and relevant Government Departments.
Key responsibilities
· Oversee operations and general administration of Colleges
· Collaborate with the Principals of the collegesfor completion of required standards and procedures.
· Collaborate withstaff of finance department for making financial reports
· Evaluate the performance of principals
· Collaboratewith vendors and service providers for colleges
· Review and approve site based professional learning plans
· Ensure integration and use of technology (software, webportal etc) by Colleges
· Interpret and understand entirecollege system, policies and regulations of the colleges
· Assist in the process of appointment of administrative and other staff
· Monitor and allocate staff to colleges according to the standard of quality
· Assist in revising/ updating colleges’ policies and regulations
· Make all arrgangements to maintain record of official correspondence withthe colleges andrelative Government Departments
· Other duty as assigned
