1. Objectives
1.1. Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of each of its Project offerings,
2.2. Continuously train, motivate, and develop a team of Associates who will expand the Projects’ Sale Network
3.3. Achieving the monthly Sales Target via developing and maintaining Associate Onboarding Targets
2. Responsibilities
2.1. Create and execute a strategic plan in close coordination with the Executive Directors that expands base of associates for meeting sales targets
2.2. Cold calling prospects and visiting prospect associates to share company profile & complete catalogue of available projects
2.3. Develop an up-to-date regular training manual/program for utilizing in regular training sessions for new & existing associates. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them
2.4. Ensure that all associates are aware of the relevant company policies, procedures and processes and only making commitments in line with them
2.5. Help associates close their sales
2.6. Prepare and submit monthly report targets of their respective associates’ performances & provide regular feedback to executives from associates or their customers
2.7. Regularly share Projects’ availability with the network
2.8. Market research, competition analysis and following market trends.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
3.1. 5-10 years of managing sales within the relevant fields.
3.2. MBA (Marketing)
3.3. Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
3.4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
3.5. Superb leadership ability
