About the Role:

We're building a data analytics platform that turns complex business data and documents into structured, actionable insights.

The platform combines modern web applications, data processing pipelines, and AI/LLM-powered services. We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys working across the stack and wants genuine ownership over what they build.

You'll work closely with a small engineering team, taking features from technical design through implementation, deployment, and production. You'll have the opportunity to influence architecture, improve existing systems, and solve problems that don't always have an obvious answer.

This isn't a role where you'll be confined to one layer of the application.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain production features across the frontend, backend, and supporting services
Develop responsive dashboards and data-heavy interfaces using React and TypeScript
Design and maintain REST APIs using Node.js and Express
Design database schemas and data models that can evolve as product requirements change
Build and maintain Python/FastAPI services for data processing and automation
Develop AI/LLM-powered workflows for extraction, classification, normalization, validation, and structured data generation
Build internal tools that allow teams to review, correct, validate, and manage processed data
Investigate production issues using logs, metrics, traces, and other evidence rather than guesswork
Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability over time
Participate in technical design and architectural decisions
Take ownership of features from requirements and design through deployment and production support
