GBP Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP) Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles and local SEO campaigns specifically for US-based businesses. The role requires working Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with weekends off. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing clients’ local search visibility, improving Google Maps rankings, and driving increased calls and leads through strategic local SEO efforts. The salary offered is up to PKR 70,000 per month, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to maximize local search performance.
- Improve Google Maps and local search rankings through targeted strategies.
- Conduct thorough local SEO keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize GBP categories, services, descriptions, attributes, and other profile elements.
- Build and maintain local citations and business listings to strengthen local presence.
- Identify and resolve NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) inconsistencies and other local SEO issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance local search visibility and performance.
- Monitor GBP performance metrics and local search rankings regularly.
- Analyze competitors to uncover new ranking opportunities.
- Assist with review optimization and reputation management initiatives.
- Perform local SEO audits and apply necessary optimization techniques.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure campaign success.
- Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and best practices in local SEO.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile management and Google Maps ranking factors.
- Familiarity with local ranking elements such as citations, reviews, and NAP consistency.
- Experience using SEO and citation tools like BrightLocal, Whitespark, Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform competitor research and data-driven decision-making.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with US-based businesses and managing multiple Google Business Profiles.
- Knowledge of Service Area Businesses (SABs) and multi-location business SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics for performance tracking.
- Basic understanding of WordPress and on-page SEO principles.
- Proven experience in creating detailed Local SEO reports.
- Awareness of advanced Google Maps ranking tactics.
