KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
  • Prepare and issuing quotation, invoice, LPOs and communicate to the client through email and by phone;
  • Prepare expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned;
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports;
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices;
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations;
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
  • Prepare the Balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines;
  • Assist other departments such as HR and Marketing with reviewing of expenses;
  • Support senior accountants.
