GDS Expert (Galileo & Sabre)

Seven Zones Travel, a UK-based travel company, is looking for an experienced GDS Expert with strong skills in Galileo and Sabre systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in airline ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds, coupled with excellent communication abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities
Manage airline ticket issuance, reissuance, and refund processes using Galileo and Sabre GDS platforms. Ensure accurate fare calculations while adhering strictly to airline and IATA regulations. Collaborate effectively with airlines, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Deliver high-quality customer service with clear and professional communication. Adapt quickly to changing travel demands and schedules, demonstrating flexibility and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years’ experience working in an IATA-based travel company is essential. Proficiency in both Galileo and Sabre GDS platforms is required. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. A strong command of the English language, with at least Level 3 proficiency, is necessary. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are expected. A genuine passion for the travel industry and a commitment to exceptional service are important. Candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
