• Maintain excellent customer service as a priority.
  • Understand the different dynamics taking place during calls or e-mails correspondence with customers to maintain excellent customer service.
  • Addresses & resolves customer issues; escalate as needed.
  • Awareness of different coordination between parts, components, warranty returns.
  • Review RMA requests, provide authorized RMA number and guidelines.
  • Follow-up and manage vendors to keep process flowing.
  • Complete disposition of RMA once items are received back.
  • Consistent and constant Communication is a requirement.
  • Continue open communication with customers reviewing status of RMAs when required.
  • Open communication with vendors relating warranty requests.
  • Maintain satisfactory service level on the Return phone queue.
  • Order Entry experience, understanding how to research order history and delve into the details.
  • Familiar with inventory or inventory processes, as it relates to customers and returns.
  • Must be able to work with limited information provided. Research & seek information
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer.

Timings: 05:00 pm to 02:00 am    (Monday-Saturday)
