Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Provide product/service information and assist customers with their queries.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English preferred).
Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce , or email support is a plus.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email tools or CRM systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and professionalism.
