We are looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Support Agent to manage leads and provide excellent support through email communication and phone calls. The ideal candidate is someone who communicates clearly, understands customer needs, and ensures a positive experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

Requirements
