In this role, the Outreach Specialist contributes significantly to Gekkos growth by identifying and engaging with potential collaborators and creators. The successful candidate thrives on initiating contact with unfamiliar individuals and generating positive engagement through tailored communications. They maintain meticulous records of conversations and outreach efforts, demonstrating strong organizational skills and persistence. This position does not involve managing a team but requires strong self-motivation and discipline to independently manage outreach campaigns. The Outreach Specialist plays a critical role in expanding Gekkos network and partnership opportunities by leveraging relationship-building and communication expertise.
Responsibilities

Craft and send personalized cold outreach messages through email, LinkedIn, direct messaging, and other relevant channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective creators and partners by engaging in consistent and thoughtful follow-up communications.
Track and manage all outreach activities, responses, and interactions in an organized and timely manner.
Identify qualified and interested creators and pass them on to the founder for final discussions and partnership negotiations.
Avoid generic or copy-pasted messaging; ensure all communications are customized to the recipient to maximize engagement and response rates.
Continuously analyze and refine outreach strategies to improve effectiveness and generate higher response levels.
Maintain high standards of communication by crafting clear, natural English messages that resonate with recipients.
Demonstrate resilience and persistence when contacting new individuals, sustaining engagement over multiple touchpoints.
Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with broader marketing and partnership goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to cold outreach and content marketing.
