  • Quality check on social media monitors
  • Positive brand building of client brands on social media platforms
  • Quality control on call Centre representatives

Skills

  • Fluent/Proficient in written and spoken English and Urdu.
  • Written and Spoken fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Good to Know

  • Setting up a call Centre and troubleshooting the software used is a plus
  • Know-how of social media monitoring & social media listening
