We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician with hands-on experience in the repair and upkeep of false ceilings, aluminum doors, windows, and related hardware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and aesthetic upkeep of these fixtures, along with performing basic masonry and carpentry tasks as needed. This role requires practical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repair and maintenance work on false ceilings, ensuring structural integrity and appearance.
- Handle the repair and maintenance of aluminum doors and windows, including door locks and door closers.
- Carry out basic masonry tasks to support overall maintenance activities.
- Conduct carpentry work related to the upkeep and repair of fixtures and fittings.
- Participate in a practical evaluation trial lasting one day to demonstrate skills and competency.
Required Qualifications
- Basic literacy is preferred to understand instructions and complete documentation.
- Proven knowledge and experience in repairing and maintaining false ceilings.
- Familiarity with aluminum door and window systems, including hardware such as locks and closers.
- Practical skills in masonry and carpentry work relevant to maintenance tasks.
- Willingness to undergo a practical trial assessment to validate skills.
