We are seeking a General Management Specialist to join a leading client’s team with an urgent requirement for immediate onboarding. In this role, you will act as the primary support to the department manager, overseeing daily administrative tasks, attendance management, record keeping, and facilitating coordination among production, material, warehouse, and quality teams. This position demands a proactive individual who can ensure smooth operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily administration, organize meetings, and ensure effective coordination within the department.
- Maintain and verify employee attendance records, including leave, overtime, and exceptions.
- Organize and maintain production, material, and departmental documentation and records.
- Assist in production planning, monitor progress, and ensure key tasks are implemented efficiently.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze production, material, and workforce data to prepare routine reports.
- Coordinate operational activities across production, material, warehouse, quality, and other related functions.
- Support employee onboarding processes, including training, and distribution of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned by the department manager.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in manufacturing administration, production support, or general administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software, along with basic data analysis skills.
- Strong communication abilities, execution focus, and capability to coordinate across multiple functions.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in the Chinese language is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience in industries such as two-wheelers, home appliances, or mobile phones will be considered an advantage. The position offers full-time employment based in Lahore, primarily at the Raiwind Road plant, with current operations from the DHA building or Yadea offline shop. The working schedule is Monday through Saturday, totaling 46 hours per week, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Lunch breaks are from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on weekdays, and an extended break from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Fridays. The role includes a three-month probation period.
