Win Win, a leading real estate sales organization based in Islamabad, is embarking on a phase of rapid expansion and is seeking a senior HR leader to establish and manage the entire people function. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers a unique opportunity to shape the HR strategy in a dynamic, sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy: Develop and align workforce planning and organizational structure to meet aggressive sales targets.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment of senior and sales personnel using headhunting techniques, LinkedIn, and industry networks to attract top talent.
Performance & KPIs: Design and implement a comprehensive KPI framework for all departments, ensuring clear linkage between performance metrics and incentive programs.
Payroll & Budget: Oversee payroll processing and commission payments while managing the overall HR budget effectively.
Policies & Compliance: Formalize HR standard operating procedures (SOPs), contracts, and documentation in accordance with ISO/QMS standards, ensuring full compliance with labor laws.
Discipline & Culture: Handle grievances, disciplinary issues, and inter-departmental conflicts with fairness and decisiveness. Foster a high-performance culture throughout the organization.
Retention: Develop strategies to reduce attrition, particularly among top-performing sales and marketing staff.
CEO Advisory: Provide the CEO with insightful HR analytics, succession planning, and people-risk reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or an MBA with a focus on HR from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years in HR, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role such as General Manager, Director, or Head of HR.
Industry Background: Demonstrated success in leading HR functions for large, sales-driven teams; experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS and ATS implementations, along with advanced skills in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to resolve senior-level disputes decisively and maintain organizational harmony.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, or ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor are considered advantageous.
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs250,000 to Rs300,000.
Work Location: This role requires in-person attendance at the Islamabad office.
