We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to oversee the management of an upcoming resort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality operations and the ability to lead a team effectively to ensure the smooth running of the resort. This role requires hands-on management and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Coordinate with various departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the resort and attract new clientele.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably with exposure to resort operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and operational planning.
- Ability to work on-site and manage the dynamic environment of a resort.
