RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Summary:
- Document the distribution and usage of stationary supplies.
- Photocopy, collate, sort and distribute documents, as requested.
- Keep photocopy machines stocked with paper and supplied with toner and maintain stock records updated
- Will be responsible to arrive before office timings and ensure that the office is cleaned up and all office equipment maintained before the arrival of the staff.
- Participate in professional training and development activities, as needed or requested.
