We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to join our expanding kitchen equipment service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of commercial kitchen appliances and possess strong troubleshooting abilities in both electrical and refrigeration systems. This full-time role involves servicing equipment across multiple locations, requiring flexibility and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain kitchen equipment including double deck convection ovens, commercial gas stoves, gas deep fryers, salamanders, gas metallic hot plates, charcoal grills, pizza ovens, and microwave ovens.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct basic refrigeration troubleshooting on customized kitchen table chillers and freezers.
- Identify parts accurately and locate detailed information online to support repairs and maintenance.
- Test electronic components such as Hi/Lo-pressure switches, heaters, and electronic solenoids using a multimeter and other diagnostic tools.
- Travel between various branches using a personal motorbike to provide timely service and support.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience as an electrical or general technician, preferably within cafes, hotels, or retail chains.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and fix equipment issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and management.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple service calls and prioritize tasks.
- Must own a motorbike for commuting between different locations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in a field-based role covering multiple stores is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and be available on-call for emergency repairs.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000 based on experience and skills.
