Responsibilities
· Setup hardware and install and configure software and drivers
· Install LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components
· Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
· Offer timely technical support on-site or via phone or email
Requirements
· Proven experience as a computer technician
· Experience with LAN/WAN networks
· Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
· Excellent troubleshooting skills
· Good communication skills
