Join our production team in Karachi, Pakistan, and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing and packaging processes. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative setting and is dedicated to upholding high standards of quality and operational excellence. You will be an integral part of the production workflow, ensuring that all stages from bottle blowing to finished goods handling are executed with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure continuous and efficient functioning. Perform tasks across multiple production stages, including bottle blowing, filling, packing, and handling of finished goods. Conduct in-process quality checks and maintain accurate records in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support equipment reliability, assist in troubleshooting, and resolve any breakdowns promptly. Foster effective communication and cooperation with other departments to support overall production goals. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area to ensure operational readiness. Comply strictly with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies as mandated by the company.
Required Qualifications
A Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE), Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech), Graduation, or an equivalent qualification is required. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential. Effective communication skills are necessary to work efficiently within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering is considered advantageous. Experience in pharmaceutical or related industries is highly desirable. Familiarity with production equipment and manufacturing processes will be beneficial in performing the role effectively. This is an on-site position based at the production facility in Karachi, requiring physical presence and commitment.
