General Worker

This role involves working within the Ampoules and Eye Drops department, focusing on manufacturing, dispensing, filling, and sterilization operations. The primary objective is to ensure that production targets are met while strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, and relevant regulatory requirements. The position demands a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance throughout all stages of the production process.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete all manufacturing, dispensing, filling, and sterilization tasks for Ampoules and Eye Drops promptly, following local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Promote safety within the work area by encouraging Zero Waste initiatives and actively participating in ZAP (Zero Accident Program) and ZIP (Zero Incident Program) reporting.
- Maintain accurate daily records of production, downtime, preventive maintenance, and other relevant data for Ampoules and Eye Drops operations.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, including proper labeling and line clearance, as well as EHS requirements such as zero access zones and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures during all activities.
- Accurately document Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and logbooks in line with Good Documentation Practices.
- Identify and report any deviations from approved SOPs during manufacturing, dispensing, filling, and sterilization processes.
- Uphold data integrity standards and continuously enhance data integrity controls in accordance with ALCOA+ principles within the manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Matriculation, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing or packaging operations.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and technical instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work on-site shifts as required.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written Urdu or English to ensure clear communication and reporting.
