1. Must have in-depth knowledge of building houses and commercial buildings and exposure to LDA regulations.

2. Measurements of excavation details of the basement and ground floor

3. Procurement of quality standard materials of any type i.e. bricks, sand, cement, crush, steel or of electrical and plumbing works as well

4. Full supervision of civil electrical and plumbing works as per design/specifications

5. Full supervision of finished work including tile work, false ceiling, wood work

6. Periodic visits to sites 3-4 days per week. (Approx 3hrs per visit)

7. Arranging of LDA inspection visits and approvals

8. Co-ordination with Architect and structure engineer

9. Interpretation of plans and specifications

10. Checking working drawings and data

11. Manages the daily log register with on-site guard

12. Processing of contractor's payment estimates

13. Preparation to amendments to contractor's contract

14. Final inspection of project

15. Negotiations with vendors
