GenITeam Solutions is looking for an experienced candidate as "Talent Acquisition Specialist".   To ensure success as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for job postings and keeping track of the hiring process of candidates. A top-notch recruiting specialist will have in-depth knowledge of current hiring trends.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's in HR or related subject.
  • Experienced Professional having 1 Year - 3 Years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional people management, communication, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills with expertise of HR concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruiting process including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating with candidates and onboarding.
  • Developing best recruitment practices to attract, screen, evaluate, select and engage the suitable candidates to enhance diversity, performance, culture and retention.
  • Establishing strong relationships with candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend the hiring needs.
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
