3D Designer (Mega Events Experienced)

In this role, you will collaborate closely with creative, design, project management, and production teams to deliver immersive and compelling 3D event environments. Your expertise in applying realistic lighting, textures, and materials will be essential to producing visually impactful renders that accurately represent client visions. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will adapt designs through iterative feedback cycles, optimizing aesthetics and functionality for fabrication and installation. A relevant degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or similar fields will support your success in this dynamic creative environment.
Responsibilities

Create detailed 3D renders for events, stages, exhibitions, booths, installations, and venue layouts, ensuring high-quality visual representation.
Develop realistic interiors, exteriors, and environmental event concepts that align with client specifications and artistic direction.
Model custom structures, furniture, props, and branding elements that are production-friendly and feasible for fabrication.
Collaborate effectively with creative, design, project management, and production teams to integrate various project components.
Produce multiple design iterations by incorporating ongoing feedback to refine and optimize final outputs.
Apply expert knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, and camera composition to achieve photorealistic and visually impressive renders.
Manage and lead a small team of two persons, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring high standards and timely project delivery.
Handle multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to 3D modeling and event visualization to continuously improve workflows.
Ensure designs comply with all necessary production and installation guidelines to facilitate smooth execution onsite.
